Digital Products: Our Products include but are not limited to templates, e-books, courses, and other digital downloads. All Products are delivered electronically.

Pricing: All prices are listed in American Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
REFUND POLICY
All sales of Products to include but not limited to digital downloadables, courses, live workshops, community memberships, and services provided by Practical People Leader are final. No refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of intellectual properties and the inability to unlearn or retract knowledge gained after exposure and access, we do not offer refunds for our Products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership: All content and Products on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Practical People Leader or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, reproduce, perform, display or create derivative works from the Product without express written permission of Practical People Leader.
